Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under different email addresses, aliases, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

321spin is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 321spin Account are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX-connected bank transfers. Minimum deposit thresholds and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. 321spin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• All wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to channel availability;

6.3 Currency

Where a User's payment method settles in a different currency, any conversion is handled by the relevant payment processor and 321spin bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by the payment provider.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits offered by 321spin are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They carry a wagering (rollover) requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X15), meaning you must wager the bonus amount that number of times before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

7.2 Maximum Bet Rule

While you have an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted stake per round, spin, or bet is typically capped at MYR 25 to MYR 50 (the exact cap will be stated in the promotion terms). Placing bets above this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports bets may contribute at a separate rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been cleared within the expiry period will be automatically forfeited.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

321spin actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, participating in bonus arbitrage (placing bets on opposite outcomes to guarantee clearing requirements), using bonus funds on low-risk strategies designed to satisfy rollover without genuine play intent. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 321spin Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity or to obscure the origin of funds. 321spin is obligated to report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer game format;

321spin reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, freeze Account balances pending investigation, and share relevant information with payment processors, regulators, and law enforcement agencies as required.

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus balance not yet cleared) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements remain unsatisfied.

12.2 Termination by 321spin

321spin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period, subject to applicable dormancy policy;
• Where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

In cases of termination for cause, any bonus balance and related winnings may be forfeited at our discretion, and real-money balance will be returned after investigation is concluded, minus any amounts subject to dispute or chargeback proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed.
